Dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) within the meaning of §36 VSBG.

That does not restrict your rights. You may bring a claim before the ordinary courts, and if you are a consumer you may do so at the court for your own place of residence. Writing to support@offercompass.app first is usually faster than either.
